Brian L. Middlemiss, 29, of 426 Clark St., was arrested Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for petit larceny, Ogdensburg police said.

Waylon C. Toth, 20, of 392 Route 7, Hammond, was arrested Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. for first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. City police said she bought beer for a minor.

John D. Latray, 50, of 300 Franklin St., was arrested Tuesday at 12:45 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for first-degree aggravated criminal contempt, Ogdensburg police said.

Brian D. LaPrade, 24, of 250 Andrews St., Massena, was arrested Monday at 8:28 p.m. for petit larceny at Olympia Sports, 2981 Ford St. Extension, city police said.

Ogdensburg police were notified Monday at 8:49 p.m. of a car-pedestrian accident at Greene and Elizabeth streets. Miranda Fleming, 24, of 216 River Road, Norwood, was the reported driver and David M. Grant Jr., 24, of Ogdensburg, the pedestrian. Details weren’t available.

Kyle J. Lipinsky, of 218 Lafayette St., called Ogdensburg police Monday at 4:55 p.m. to report a forced burglary at his apartment.

Police are investigating.
