OGDENSBURG - The Ogdensburg Police Departments narcotics enforcement unit made two arrests Thursday that were connected to the arrests Tuesday of three men on drug charges at 157 Belmont Courts
Bryan A. Pribble, 25, and Kelsey L. Rubadue, 20, both of 157 Belmont Courts, were each charged with felony first-degree criminal nuisance. This charge stems from the couple maintaining premises where people gather for the buying and selling controlled substances.
Arrested at 157 Belmont Courts on Tuesday were: Kaquane B. Bovain, 30, aka KO, and Sleezie,of Jamaica, Queens, for unlawful possession of marijuana; Reginald A. Barnes, 26, aka Day Day,of Buffalo, for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, crack cocaine; and Triston L. Glenn, 31, aka T, and Fresh Money,of Cambria Heights, also for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, crack cocaine. and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Mr. Bovain is due in city court today.
Mr. Barnes and Mr. Glenn were arraigned Wednesday and each ordered held on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 bond in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and are due in court on Monday.
Mr. Pribble and Miss Rubadue are due in court on Nov. 1.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests and charges are pending, said Detective Daniel Mousaw.
