James A. Frye Sr., 42, of 320 Lake St,, was arrested Thursday at 9:07 p.m. for Friday for an allegedly domestic incident-related charge of disorderly conduct, Ogdensburg police said.

Patrick C. Hansen, 26, of 123 Belmont Courts, was issued summonses Thursday at 2:22 p.m. on Route 37 for no/inadequate stop lamps, failure to change address on driver’s license and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police reported. He was also charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
