FELONY DWI - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Peter J. Davis, 41, of Walworth with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 8:45 p.m. Sunday at 175 County Route 47 in the town of Parishville.
LEANDRAS LAW - DEKALB - Canton-based state police charged Mark E. Dlugokinski, 42, of Grand Island with a felony count of driving whole intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway, failure to keep right and making an unsafe lane change after responding to a reckless driving complaint at 1:52 p.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the Canton area. The traffic stop was made in the town of Dekalb and a 10 year old was reportedly a passenger in Dlugokinskis vehicle. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he was released after posting bail.
HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Massena-based state police charged Billy G. Goodreau, 27, of Norwood with second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute complaint received at 11:23 p.m. from the town of Potsdam.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 10:43 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 at the Walmart driveway. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Nicholas Ryan Matott, 19, of Potsdam and Evan Sherwood Brown, 55, of Penfield.
HARASSMENT - LAKE PLACID - Ray Brook-based state police charged Brian P. Barrett, 36,of Lake Placid with second-degree harassment violation Sunday evening following a harassment complaint filed with troopers on the afternoon of Oct. 5 from the town of North Elba.
