The following people were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Haley M. DeJesus, 19, of 33452 County Route 18, Theresa, was charged by Watertown police at 2:27 a.m. Saturday at 1018 Huntington St. with aggravated DWI.

Police said they stopped her after the vehicle she was driving struck curbing when it entered the driveway between 1018 Huntington St. and 1020 Huntington St.

Her blood alcohol content was listed as 0.24 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.

Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

n Nicole M. DeVincenzi, 31, Chadwicks, also was charged by Massena village police with aggravated unlicensed operation early Saturday, while her passenger, Cassandra L. Remali, 28, New York Mills, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police said Ms. DeVincenzi was driving a vehicle illegally with broken glass on Main Street in the village. She had more than 10 suspensions on her license and her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent, they said.

They also said they found Ms. Remali to be in possession of heroin.

n Bethany J. Reilly, 31, New Hartford, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 10:50 a.m. Saturday on Route 812 in the town of Croghan. Her BAC was listed as 0.19 percent.

n Robert J. Ludwikowski, 39, of 7067 Denley Road, Boonville, also was charged by state police with failure to keep right at 9:57 p.m. Saturday on East Road in the town of Boonville after his vehicle, traveling south, crossed into the opposite lane, struck a culvert and overturned. He was taken to Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, for treatment of his injuries. His BAC was not available.

n Raymond Torres, 24, of 4th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, also was charged by state police at 3:11 a.m. Saturday in the McDonald’s parking lot, town of LeRay, with illegal signal and failure to use designated lane. His BAC was listed as 0.13.

n Michael R. Oliver, 24, of 10648 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 3:45 a.m. Saturday on Route 283 in the town of Pamelia following a traffic stop for having no operable plate lamps.

His BAC was listed as 0.08 percent.
