Police: Watertown man damaged speaker during domestic incident

Watertown police charged Raymond E. Cooley, 28, of 622 Bronson St., with criminal mischief at 4:10 a.m. Sunday at his home.

He is accused of intentionally damaging a stereo speaker valued at $10 belonging to Sarah J. Miles, same address, during a domestic incident.

Mr. Cooley was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was held pending arraignment Sunday in City Court. As of Sunday afternoon, he was being held on $250 bail.
