Jason A. Valade, 30, of 18685 Honeyville Terrace, Adams Center, was charged by state police Friday with second- and third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, all felonies.
Troopers said the charges stem from numerous investigations from June through this month in which several residences and vehicles were entered and items stolen. The alleged incidents occurred in the towns of Adams, Lorraine and Watertown. Troopers said Mr. Valade became a suspect in the investigations when he pawned several of the stolen items in Syracuse.
He was arraigned before Adams Town Justice Donald B. Shaw and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $5,000 bail. Troopers said the Onondaga County Crime Analysis Center assisted with the investigation.
