WATERTOWN — Debra L. Beach, 58, 320 High St., died Tuesday afternoon, October 22, 2013, at the Samaritan Medical Center, where she had been a patient for a short time.

Born in Natural Bridge on December 17, 1954, the daughter of Robert & Norma Jean Reviere Hubbard, she attended Carthage schools. She married Billy Beach in 1991. She was formerly employed by the Sahara Restaurant, the Local 322 Labor Union and currently as a feeder operator for the Watertown Daily Times.

Mrs. Beach is survived by her husband, Billy, her children; Nikki Lynn Shampine, Carthage, Kristi Lee Simmons, Watertown, Jessica Lee Marquette, Watertown, Bobbie Jean Warner, Dexter and Billy John Beach Jr., Watertown. Also surviving are her brothers; Robert Hubbard, Carthage and Michael Hubbard, Watertown, her step brothers; Craig Simmons and Ed and Louis Howland, along with 14 grandchildren. She is predeceased by her step brothers; Edmund Howland and Raymond Simmons and the father of her children, Isaac Simmons.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 25th at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage. Calling hours will be held at the Funeral Home prior to the service, from 2:00 - 6:00 PM. Private burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Natural Bridge.
