Michael S. Brooks, 35, of 11 Grove St., was arrested Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for domestic incident-related charges of second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment. Ogdensburg police identified the complainant as Courtney B. Shoen, 25, same address.

Mr. Brooks was released to the supervision of probation and told to abide by a no harassment order of protection.


Timothy J. Adams, 34, of Pennsylvania, was arrested Tuesday at 6:36 p.m. as a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania for failure to verify address and to register change of employment as he is a registered sex offender, city police said. He was held for extradition to Pennsylvania.


Dustin A. Richer, of 910 Ford St., Apt. 1. called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 3:42 p.m. that his vehicle’s windshield was fractured.


Robert F. Burnett, 40, of 585 Route 14, Rensselaer Falls, was ticketed Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. on Canton Street for failure to keep right, city police said.
