INADEQUATE STOP LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Timothy S. Rusaw, 32, of Horton Road Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 9:08 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Billy G. Goodreau, 27, of Reed Drive, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no insurance at 1:45 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Stephenville Road.

DESIGNATED LANE VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ruth E. Smith, 60, of County Route 38, Norfolk, for failure to stay in designated lane at 3:30 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Urban Drive at Route 37.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michael A. Collins, 27, of Racquette Road, Potsdam, for speed in zone at 5:11 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
