ASSAULT - MASSENA - Village police charged John L. Rogers, 53, of 15 Burney Ave., Massena, with a felony count of second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:32 p.m. Friday following an investigation into a domestic dispute the Thursday. He reportedly went to 45 Pine St. to pick up his belongings and the encounter turned physical. Rogers reportedly pushed Ms. Hannah into a cabinet in the kitchen and bumped into her, resulting in a crock pot falling out of her hands and breaking. Rogers was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released under the supervision of the probation department.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Melinda S. Branham, 26, of 134 Center St., Massena, on a bench warrant for failing to appear as directed in village court and was charged on an arrest warrant with disorderly conduct at 6:40 p.m. Friday. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released under the supervision of the probation supervision.
