City police charged two Watertown people with felony criminal contempt following an incident early Friday in the 600 block of Coffeen Street.

Heather L. Chamberlain, 36, of 417 Franklin St., was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. She is accused of grabbing and pushing Brian R. Swank, 30, of 217 Cedar St. He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Police said he pushed Mr. Swank. They are accused of violating orders of protection.

They both were sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
