AGGRAVATED DWI - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Joelle A. Dowe, 40, of Norfolk with a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for unsafe backing following a traffic stop at 8:54 p.m. Saturday in the town of Colton. Troopers said Dowe had a drinking and driving conviction within the past 10 years.
GRAND LARCENY - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Daniel C. Cole 21, of North Bangor with fourth-degree grand larceny - firearm/rifle/shotgun and second-degree menacing with a weapon early Saturday afternoon at 1 Pitt St., Moira. The charge stemmed from a larceny complaint filed with troopers at 12:54 p.m. Friday from the town of Malone.
ASSAULT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Bobby L. Rafter, 22, of Fort Covington with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 1:03 p.m. Saturday in the town of Fort Covington.
