DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Dillon J. Johnson, 19, of 12 Perkins Road, Massena, with disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration following a domestic dispute at his residence. Johnson had reportedly started throwing items around the apartment and knocked over the dining room table during an argument with his paramour, Brittany L. Feimann, He reportedly became upset when he tripped over a toy after Ms. Feimann asked him to take a blanket upstairs and cover up their sleeping baby. The couple have two children. Johnson reportedly refused police orders to put his arms against the wall so he could be searched for weapons, pulled away and attempted to fight with police. He allegedly had to be taken to the ground to be subdued. Johnson was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released under the supervision of the probation department. The court also signed a temporary order of protection directing Johnson not to harass, annoy or alarm Ms. Johnson. She had indicated to police she did not want charges filed against her fiance. I do not want him arrested. I just want him to get some help, she noted in the statement she signed for police.
