OGDENSBURG — Taylor Fisher supplied team highs of 15 points, six aces, seven kills and two blocks to carry second-seeded Ogdensburg Free Academy to a sweep of No. 3 Salmon River, 25-20, 25-20, 25-16, in the Section 10 Class C volleyball semifinals.

OFA improved to 13-4 and will play top-seeded Potsdam in the finals at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Raven Oakes provided six service points and three kills for Salmon River (8-9).

POTSDAM 3, CANTON 0

Elna Daby provided a team-high 16 points, including three aces, to help the No. 1 Sandstoners sweep the Golden Bears, 25-12, 25-21, 25-15, in the Class C semifinals at Potsdam.

Victoria Mondragon tallied 14 points, eight aces and seven kills for Potsdam (15-2), which swept OFA in its two regular season matches.

Cianna Willmart and Colleen Barkley anchored the Canton (6-11) effort with three aces apiece.

CHATEAUGAY 3, TUPPER LAKE 0

Caitlin Miller paced the unbeaten, top-seeded Bulldogs with 22 service points in their sweep of the Lumberjacks, 25-4, 25-8, 25-12, in the Class D semifinals in Chateaugay.

Kylie Hannley added 13 points and a team-high nine assists for Chateaugay (17-0), which will play Edwards-Knox in the finals at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Massena High School.

Tupper Lake wrapped up its season at 3-15.

The Cougars (7-10) swept Madrid-Waddington in the other Class D semifinal match.

GIRLS SOCCER

SALMON RIVER 1, OFA 0

Jaiden Mitchell scored with just less than 12 minutes left to lift Salmon River to a victory over Ogdensburg Free Academy in the quarterfinals of the Section 10 Class B playoffs at Fort Covington.

The Shamrocks will play at top-seeded Potsdam at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals. It was their first sectional victory in the last three years.

Jenna Thompson provided the assist and Wraven Sunday made five saves for Salmon River (5-12).

The Blue Devils end their season at 2-14.

BOYS SOCCER

BRUSHTON-MOIRA 1, ST. LAWRENCE 0

Darren LeBlanc broke through for the only goal of the game when he finished off a play set up by Patrick McKernan with 10 minutes left, leading the Panthers past the Larries in the first round of the Class Cplayoffs at Brushton.

Taylor Tallman made 13 saves for the shutout for the Panthers (3-8-4), who will play top-seeded Norwood-Norfolk in the finals, slated for 3:30 p.m. Saturday at SUNY Canton.

St. Lawrence finished its season at 1-14-1.
