HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael P. Tyler, 42, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday on Racquette Road. Police said Tyler pushed another person who was holding a child during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned by Acting Village Justice Margaret Garner and released on his own recognizance.
