Massena PD Public Record: P.M. Edition


BENCH WARRANTS - MASSENA - Village police picked up Cassondra L. Northrup, 30, of 20 Parker Ave., Massena, and Jamie L. Northrup, 35, of 110 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, on bench warrants at 2:14 p.m. Friday on Parker Avenue. The warrants were from Malone court and stemmed from an alleged petit larceny incident at the Malone Walmart. The Northrups were turned over to Massena-based state police for transport to Malone for arraignment on the warrants.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed A.W. Kocher-Morrill, 24, of County Route 48A, Norwood, for following too closely and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a property damage accident at 12:16 p.m. Friday. Police said Kocher pulled out of the Walgreen’s parking lot and struck a vehicle operated by Cathy Rush that was stopped on Bowers Street at Main.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Melinda M. Rodriguez. 22, of Barnhart Road, Massena, with following too closely after she rearended a vehicle being operated by Deirdre A. Whalen, 27, of Cook Street Road, Massena, Friday afternoon on East Orvis Street.
