Paul L. Ward, 36, of 300 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was arrested Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant, Ogdensburg police said. He was transferred to the county jail in Canton.

Tammy M. LaFlair, 50, of 817 Congress St., was ticketed Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. at Lafayette and Morris streets for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, city police said.

Sarah G. Gagnon, 20, of 818 New York Ave., was ticketed Wednesday at 12:18 p.m. at Lafayette and Morris streets for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign and unlicensed operation following an accident. Ogdensburg police identified the other driver as Jared E. Ladouceur, 17, of Box 144, Heuvelton.

Jordan M. Duke, 20, of Slingerlands, was ticketed Wednesday at 11:17 a.m. on Paterson Streets for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following an accident. City police identified the other driver as Lindsey E. Reynolds, 23, of 425 Rosseel Street.

Melinda T. Geddes, 26, of 914 Main St., Apt. 2, was arrested Wednesday at 9:04 a.m. on a Massena court bench warrant, Ogdensburg police said. She was turned over to Massena police.

Bryan S. Martin, 45, 914 Main St., was arrested Wednesday at 8:48 a.m. on a city court bench warrant, city police said.
