Ogdensburg police were called Thursday at 2:15 p.m. to Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St. Extension, to begin an investigation of a larceny, unspecified but in the $50 to $199 range.

Tammie L. Bromley, 54, of 818 Congress St., was ticketed Thursday at 7:55 a.m. on State Street for speed in school zone, city police said.

Casey J. Spiak, 22, of 418 Linden St., was arrested Wednesday at 9:19 p.m. for first-degree criminal contempt, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. Ogdensburg police identified the complainant as Karissa J. King. He allegedly violated a court order of protection. He was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 bond in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, was ordered to abide by a no contact order of protection for Miss King and is due in city court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 12.

Kelsey L. Rubadue, 20, of 157 Belmont Courts, called city police Wednesday at 8:59 p.m. to report that tires on her vehicle were slashed.

Gabrielle R. Belle, 16, of 565 Jay St., was ticketed Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. on Riverside Avenue for inadequate brake light, Ogdensburg police said.

Dennis J. Dishaw Jr., 52, of 1108 Mechanic St., was ticketed Wednesday at 5:40 p.m. on Ford Street Extension, for passing a red light, city police said.

Nicholas J. Green, 16, of Belmont Courts, was arrested Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. for alleged domestic incident-related charges of third-degree assault and criminal mischief. Ogdensburg police said the victim was Brenda J. Carter, 18, of 1101 Knox St. Further details were unavailable.
