CRIMINAL POSSESSION WEAPON - HELENA - Massena-based state police reported Saturday they had charged Bryan J. Tessier, 29, of Brasher Falls with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon - ammo clip. The arrest was made on Factory Road. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an incident in the early morning hours of March 8.

BURGLARY - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police charged Tyler J. Provost, 27, of Dickinson with second-degree burglay, fourth-degree criminal mischief - preventing an emergency phone call, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a domestic dispute complaint filed with troopers at 6:58 a.m. Friday.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents Friday. Among those:

■ Lisa L. Maskell, 47, of Waddington at 5:57 p.m. on Route 310, near the Potsdam-Morley Road, in the town of Canton.
