INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Michael R. Wright, 23, of Waterbury Center, Vt., for inadequate headlights at 5:24 p.m. Tuesdaystemming from a motor vehicle accident. He was issued a tribal citation to appear Nov. 25 in Tribal Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Aronhientha Benedict, 17, of Akwesasnefor speed in zone, improper left turn and failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday. Police said he was observed operating a vehicle at 52 miles an hour in a posted 35 mile an hour zone on Cook Road. He was issued tribal citations to appear Nov. 25 in Tribal Court.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jerimiah J. Fountain, 34, of Constablewith first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by alcohol, operation of a motorvehicle by an unlicensed driver, speed in zone and controlled substances in non-original container at 11:55 p.m. Saturday. Police said he was seen operating a motor vehicle at 52 miles an hour in a posted 35 mile an hour zone on Cook Road. He was released on appearance tickets for Dec. 3 in Bombay Town Court.



OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Tracy L. Vanbrocklin, 40, of Cantonwith second-degree obstructinggovernmental administration, false personation and trespassing following a trespassing complaint at 10:15 p.m. Monday. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and is to reappear Dec. 10.
