Ralph T. Munroe, 80 of Parish died Tuesday at Rosewood Heights Nursing Home, Syracuse. He was born in Onieda, son of the late Thomas and Doris Meade Munroe. He was a member of Local #40, Syracuse, NY. He was a Navy Veteran from 1952-1955 and was a member of the Russell Horning Post #601, The American Legion, Parish NY and the Hastings VFW. He was a member of the Pulaski Assembly of God Church. He was married November 24, 1956 to Jean Marie Phillips, she passed in 2005. He is also predeceased by 3 brothers, Thomas Jr., George, and John, and 4 sisters, Martha, Carolyn, Joan, and Barbara.

Surviving are 1 daughter, Mary Ann Keonuongchanh, Elgin, IL., 4 Sons, Michael- Kingsland, GA, James- Sylacauga, AL, Timothy- Henderson, NY, & John- North Syracuse, NY, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 1 brother Bill Munroe- Ft. Wayne Indiana, and 1 sister Sherry Eminicker- Doylestown, PA.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday from the Harter Funeral Home 2983 W. Main St. Parish NY. Burial with military honors will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery Parish, NY. Calling hours will be 2-4 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
