AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Phillip J. Marra, 53, of Watertown with second-degree aggravated harassment Thursday following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported to troopers at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 30 from the town of Potsdam.

PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police reported one person was injured in a two-vehicle accident reported at 5:20 p.m. Thursday on Route 11 at Wright Road in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Richard Earl Short, 53, of Norfolk and Janna L. Crosby, 22, of Ogdensburg.

HARASSMENT - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police charged Zachariah J. Jock, 23, of Dickinson with second-degree harassment and second-degree aggravated harasment stemming from a complaint filed with troopers at 1:09 p.m. Thursday from the town of Dickinson.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - ST. REGIS FALLS - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Thursday. Among those:

■ Annick M. Hurd, 20, of Waddington at 1:24 p.m. on Wait Road and Bingo Town Road in the town of Waverly.

■ Paul R. Barney, 49, of Malone was involved in a collision with a vehicle that left the scene at 4 p.m. Thursday on County Route 3, near Griffin Road, in the town of Fort Covington.
