ARREST WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Tyler E. Provost, 18, of 59 Pine St., Massena, on an arrest warrant at 6:10 a.m. Sunday on Woodlawn Avenue. He was turned over to Potsdam Police and taken back to Potsdam for processing.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Rachael A. Clark, 25, of 27 Main St., Norfolk, with petit larceny at 2:46 p.m. Saturday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Walmart. She allegedly walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for approximately $130 worth of DVDs.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jessica Lynn Rode, 17, of County Route 46, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop at 5:50 a.m. Sunday.



RECKLESS DRIVING - MASSENA - Village police charged Matthew J. Green, 27, of 15 McCluskey Ave., Massena, with reckless driving and ticketed him for unsafe backing, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to yield following a traffic stop at 1:17 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Caisey Jo Lamotte, 18 of 108 North Main St., Massena, for failure to signal, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of a vehicle with no insurance at 9:05 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on the Maple Street Extension.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brandon A. Lashomb, 23, of state Route 56, Norfolk, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 4:11 p.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.



DRIVING ON SHOULDER - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Emilie A. Allen, 29, of Lowville for driving on the shoulder following a property damage accident at 1:38 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street. Police said Allen was on the shoulder and John Robinson was in the right turn lane when they collided as they both turned right onto South Main Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mary S. Ryan, 73, of Allen Street, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 12:52 p.m. Saturday on Maple Street.
