AGGRAVATED DWI - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Kenneth H. Boyea, 49, of Brushton with aggravated driving while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway and ticketed him for obstruction of traffic at an intersection and a license plate violation following a stop at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 95 at County Route 4 in the town of Bombay. A DWI charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent or higher.

TWO INJURED - BANGOR - Two injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision on County Route 19 at County Route 8 at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Bangor. Malone-based state police said the vehicles were being operated by Michelle L. Lachance, 30, of Constable and Spencer I. Sage, 24, of Moira.
