City police charged two Fort Drum men after an altercation at Micks Place, 204 Factory St., around 10:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police said Zackary E. Walls, 20, of 10234 North Riva Ridge Loop, stood by the bar without a shirt on, trying to fight bar staff and the public, causing a crowd to gather. Around that same time, Nicholas P. Hayes allegedly yelled and attempted to start a fight with multiple people, despite being told by the bars staff not to do so.
They both were charged with disorderly conduct and released to military police custody. Mr. Walls also was charged with resisting arrest after being treated at Samaritan Medical Center for unspecified injuries.
Both were issued appearance tickets for City Court.
