LISBON — Michael Middlemiss Jr., 24, of 92 Route 56, Norfolk, was charged Tuesday by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with felony unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

Deputies allege that Middlemiss was involved in a domestic incident at 12:44 p.m. in which he was driving his vehicle at more than 100 mph on County Route 59 and Sweeney Road, refusing to stop the vehicle and let his sister, Victoria Middlemiss, 26, out.

He also allegedly struck Ms. Middlemiss in the face, causing minor injuries.

He was arraigned in Lisbon Town Court and taken to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he was being held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
