Justin M. LaShomb, 30, of Hogansburg, was arrested Monday at 3:18 a.m. for fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, Ogdensburg police said.

Billy J. Miller, 36, of 100 Pooler St., Gouverneur, was ticketed Sunday at 9:29 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a collision with another vehicle at Park and Jay streets. City police identified the other motorist as Andrew J. Giltner, 20, of 2315 Montgomery St. He suffered bruised ribs. Two parked cars were also hit.

Kenneth R. Goolden, 50, of 911 New York Ave., was arrested Sunday at 6:49 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said.

Scott D.A. George, 17, of 308 Jersey Ave., was arrested Sunday at 2:37 p.m. for trespass, city police said. He allegedly refused to leave a residence at 118 Albany Ave.

Ogdensburg firefighters Saturday at 8:04 p.m. answered a call for a minor kitchen grease fire at 108 Albany Ave.

Ogdensburg firefighters Saturday at 6:58 a.m. responded to a car engine fire call on Tate Street. The owner of the car was identified as Phillip Goble, 223 Montgomery St.

James J. Rafferty, 34, of 6665 County Route 10, Lisbon, was ticketed Saturday at 4:19 a.m. on Jay Street for inadequate taillight and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police said.

David L. Mix, 66, of 208 Hamilton St., was ticketed Saturday at 2:19 a.m. on New York Avenue for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Ogdensburg police said.

Courtney M. Barber, 21, of 227 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 6:05 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said.

Terry D. Power, 32, of 300 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was arrested Friday at 3:26 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said.
