ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Jacob A. Cook, 36, of Hogansburgat 9:31 p.m. Nov. 8 on an active family court warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Shayleen O. Thompson, 24, of Irvingfor following too closely at 7:54 a.m. Nov. 13 following a motor vehicle accident.



MENACING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lacey A. Mitchell, 28, of Akwesasne, Que., with second-degree menacing following an incident at 9:23 p.m.Nov. 13. Ms. Mitchell was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and is to reappear on Nov. 26.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - AKWESASNE - St.Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Holly J. Dressel, 67, of St. Chrysostone, Que., for following too closely at 3:09 p.m. Fridayfollowing a three-vehicle accident on state Route 37.



LEAVING THE SCENE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Ronald Lafrance III, 19, of Hogansburg for failure to use designated lane, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle without inspection certificate and unsafe tires at 7:51 a.m. Saturday.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Steven D. Sunday, 52, of Hogansburg with aggravated driving while intoxicatedand failure to keep right at 4:28 a.m. Sunday. Police allege Sunday’s blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.
