WADDINGTON A Waddington woman was arrested Tuesday after allegedly selling drugs to undercover police in a July sting.
Amy L. Miller, 42, of 12508 Route 37, was arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriffs Drug Task Force detectives and is charged with felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Sheriff Kevin M. Wells said Ms. Miller sold cocaine to detectives multiple times in July and additional arrests are pending in the continuing investigation.
Ms. Miller was arraigned in Lisbon Town Court by Justice Patricia G. Fletcher and is being held in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
Detectives were assisted by task force members of the state police, the Ogdensburg Police Department and sheriffs deputies.
