FAKE AD - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ross A. Piciucco, 20, of Fayettville with attempting to obtain alcohol by fraudulent means by a person under 21 at 9:13 p.m. Thursday following an incident on Market Street. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 13 in Potsdam Village Court.
STOP SIGN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michelle C. Mesch, 24, of Westbury for failure to stop at a stop sign at 9:04 a.m. Thursday on College Park Drive. Police allege Mesch failed to stop at the stop signat Cedar Street and Main Street.
CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Katrina G. Hebb, 35, of Hermon for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 9:25 a.m. Thursday on Pierrepont Avenue.
CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michael F. Thurber II, 34, of Potsdam for failure to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk at 7:14 p.m. Thurday following a traffic stop on Market Street. Police said the incident took place at a crosswalk on Main Street near Stewarts.
