AGGRAVATED DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael C. Turk, 26, of Indian Head Park, Ill., with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 8:38 p.m. Friday following a property damage accident on Sandstone Drive. He was also ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to keep right and making an improper right turn after he struck another vehicle. Turk reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
