CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - Curtis J. Karwacki, 21, of Utica, was charged with criminal mischief at 12:50 a.m. Sunday after allegedly punching a hole in the wall at Maxfield’s Bar on Market Street. He was then released on an appearance ticket.

ILLEGAL LIGHTS - POTSDAM - Chantelle T. Joanette, 19, of Massena, was ticketed for unauthorized lights on her vehicle following a traffic stop Elm Street at 2:22 a.m. Sunday. Village police observed Ms. Joanette driving a vehicle that had blue license plate lamps.

RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Jessica L. Rhodes, 20, of Alpine, was ticketed for running a red light at 3:27 a.m. Sunday after allegedly running a red light on Pine Street.

DWI ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Christopher R. Plummer, 21, of Spencerport, was charged with driving while intoxicated and ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent following a motor vehicle accident at 8:28 a.m. Sunday on Maple Street. Village police responded to the scene, after receiving reports of a vehicle overturned on the Maple Street Bridge. Upon arriving at the scene, it was determined that Plummer had a blood alcohol content of .15 percent. Plummer, who sustained minor injuries in the wreck was then released on an appearance ticket.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Michael N. Magoulas, 46, of Camillus, was ticketed for speeding at 8:15 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. It is alleged that Mr. Magoulas was traveling 49 miles per hour in the 30 miles per hour zone.

CELL PHONE VIOLATION -POTSDAM - Meng Wang, 24, of Potsdam, was ticketed for driving while using a cell phone at 8:31 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.
