The following people were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Jasey K. Nelson, 21, of 10648 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was also charged by Watertown police at 2:52 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Green Street with leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Ms. Nelson was traveling north in the 1300 block of Washington Street when her Jeep went off the road and hit two traffic signs before leaving the scene, police said.
Ms. Nelson, who was not injured, was later found in her 2012 Jeep in the 100 block of Green Street, police said.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. The states BAC limit is 0.08 percent.
■ Stanley N. Armstrong, 63, of Fairport, was charged at 5:21 p.m. Saturday on Route 12 in the town of Alexandria by state police with aggravated DWI and felony DWI for a previous conviction within the past 10 years.
His BAC was 0.29 percent. A person is charged with the more serious DWI charge if the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
■ Lynn M. Fisher, 36, of 60 Brady Road, Madrid, was also charged by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies with having a suspended registration Sunday morning.
Police said Ms. Fisher was driving on Baker Road in Lisbon at 6:21 a.m. Sunday when her vehicle rolled over.
Ms. Fisher suffered minor injuries but declined treatment from Lisbon Rescue.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent.
■ Christopher R. Plummer, 21, Spencerport, was charged by Potsdam Village Police about 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police said Mr. Plummer was driving on Maple Street in the village when he drove onto the shoulder, hit a patch of ice, lost control of his vehicle and drove into the guard rail, causing his vehicle to overturn.
Mr. Plummers blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.
■ Lee R. Page, 26, of 47 Page Drive, Parishville, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI early Sunday morning. Police said Mr. Page crossed the center line several times while driving on State Route 72 in Parishville. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.
■ Joel L. Hockey, 38, of Route 37, Morristown, was charged by state police Saturday night with aggravated DWI and having a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
Police said Mr. Hockey was stopped on New York Avenue in Ogdensburg after he failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to signal a turn. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.
■ Jeremy M. Kocher, 22, Norwood, was charged by Potsdam Village Police early Saturday morning. Police said Mr. Kocher was in a driveway on Market Street when he backed into another vehicle parked in the same driveway. Mr. Kochers blood alcohol content is not available.
