LOWVILLE — Four Taberg residents were arrested by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday after a physical altercation occurred following a funeral Nov. 15, according to a sheriff’s report,.

Janette S. Platt, 51, Brian K. Platt, 22, Caitlyn E. Platt, 18, and Douglas R. Hildenbrandt, 44, all of 9905 Taberg-Florence Road, were charged with third-degree assault and issued appearance tickets.

According to deputies, the four became engaged in a physical altercation with Tabitha A. Buckley, Danielle M. Cook, Joseph M. Cook and Kaela C. Amador on Osceola Road in the town of Lewis.

Ms. Buckley and Ms. Cook suffered injuries as a result of the incident and were taken by ambulance to Rome Memorial Hospital for treatment.
