PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brandon L. Thibodeaux, 20, of Parishville with petit larceny after troopers responded to a shoplifting complaint at 2:48 p.m. Wednesday at the Potsdam Walmart. Troopers said Thibodeaux took a pair of ice cleats and a Timex watch valued at $41.39 without paying for the items. He was issued an appearance ticket for Dec. 12 in Potsdam Town Court.
HARASSMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Margaret A. Beaudoin, 22, of Brasher Falls with second-degree harassment at 1:28 p.m. Wednesday at 1005 Route 11C, Brasher, following a complaint filed with troopers Nov. 10 from the town of Norfolk.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Larry V. Thompson, 59, of Bombay with second-degree criminal mischief after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Bombay. He was sent to the Franklin County Jail and then later released from custody.
HARASSMENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Brittany M. Green, 20, of Constable with second-degree harassment - physical contact on Nov. 24 following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers Oct. 13 from the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the arrest was made at 497 state Route 122.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - ADAMS - Watertown-based state police charged Jacob B. Rakitis, 23, of Canton with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop in the southbound lane of Route 81 in the town of Adams.
