MASSENA - In a show of support for the Massena Boys and Girls Club and a donation to the capital campaign, SeaComm has formally presented $15,000 to the project.

“The Massena Boys and Girls Club will play a vital role in providing an opportunity for the young people of our community by having a positive, engaging and safe environment for them to go to and reach their fullest potential,” said Scott A. Wilson, president andchief executive officer. “SeaComm is committed to ensuring that these types of opportunities are possible through our direct support.”

Efforts have been ongoing for the past couple years to ensure the project is successful.Board members are involved at many levels to fundraise, secure donations and garner support for the endeavor.

“SeaComm is a great community partner, and their support of the kids of Massena and surrounding areas in helping us open the doors to a Boys & Girls Club demonstrates that,” said Timmy Currier, Massena Boys and Girls Club Board president.“We are so thankful for this generous donation and their support.”
