CLAYTON – The Antique Boat Museum on Mary Street announced that food donations will be accepted for the local food pantry in exchange for admission in December.

Visitors will receive complimentary admission for bringing a non-perishable food item to the admissions desk during regular museum hours. Visitors without a food donation can still tour the museum campus for $5.

For the first time in the history of the museum, the campus and museum store will stay open in December. The museum will close for the 2013 season Dec. 20 and reopen May 2, 2014. Admission is not required to shop in the museum store.

Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
