Corey T. Williams, 26, last known address 232 W. Main St., Apt. 26, was arrested by city police Tuesday night after police say he threatened a woman with a knife during a domestic incident that occurred in November.

According to police, Mr. Williams held a knife to the throat of Jessica V. Lewis, 190 Stone St., Apt. 1, and threatened her life at 8:22 p.m. on Nov. 25 at Ms. Lewis’s residence. Additionally, police allege that Mr. Williams grabbed Ms. Lewis by the waistband and pushed her repeatedly and ripped a sweatshirt that belonged to her valued at $20 during the incident.

Mr. Williams was charged with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon. He was arrested 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at 751 Waterman Drive and transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was held on $5,000 cash bail.
