Pamela A. Winter, 63, of 515 Ford St., was ticketed Tuesday at 12:24 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-vehicle collision at Jay and Franklin streets. City police identified the other motorist as Keith Morgan, 35, of 528 Elizabeth St.

Frederick J. Robinson Jr., 50, of 1001 Paterson St., was arrested Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. by Ogdensburg police on a city court bench warrant. He was released after posting $25 bail.

Thomas D. Locy, 27, of 159 Potter Road, Canton, was arrested Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. by city police on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment. He was released on his own recognizance and told to comply with a no contact order of protection.

Clark M. Zanker, 44, of 25 Morley Park Drive, was ticketed Monday at 5:45 p.m. for no/inadequate headlamp, Ogdensburg police reported.
