UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Austin A. Lashomb, 16, of Nicholville with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for an equipment violation - headlights following a traffic stop at 9 p.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the town of Stockholm.

PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Raven L. Roundpoint, 22, of Akwesasne, Que., with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 4:51 p.m. Monday at the Malone Walmart.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MOIRA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Monday and early Tuesday morning. Among those:

■ SueEllen M. McGarvey, 30, of Nicholville at 9:33 p.m. Monday on County Route 8, near Patterson Road, in the town of Moira.

■ Victor M. Parrish, 21, f Brushton at 6:23 a.m. Tuesday on Route 11, near Brockway Road, in the town of Bangor.
