The Pamelia Town Council voted unanimously on Monday to look for an engineer to help with its portion of a potential industrial park in the town.
As a part of the plans for the park, in development by Purcell Construction off outer Bradley Street at Interstate 81, the town would create water and sewer districts. Though some of the planned park falls within the Watertown city limits, a larger portion falls in the town.
The creation of the announcement about the search will be taken up by Town Attorney David A. Renzi.
The council held a moment of silence for former highway supervisor George Y. Hoistion, who died in November.
