A Watertown man out of jail on parole was arrested Thursday after state police claim he broke into a neighboring apartment.
Shaun M. Bohn, 23, of 24098 Route 12, Apt. 10, was accused of breaking into the apartment of Stephen Byers, located at 24098 Route 12, Apt. 18.
According to police, Mr. Bohn stole household items such as a microwave, lamp and a mirror. Police did not have a value of the items taken.
Mr. Bohn was sentenced to up to three years in prison in August 2012 for violating his probation in connection to a third-degree burglary conviction that occured in 2011.
He was transported back to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was held on $250 bail pending a Grand Jury action.
