Kayla M. Howe, 18, and Joshua T. Woodward, 21, both of 914 Main St., were arrested Wednesday at 2:31 a.m. for second-degree burglary. Ogdensburg police said they allegedly entered an unlocked garage at the home of Jeffrey M. Skelly, 526 Washington St. on Tuesday and took a heavy drill and an underground utility camera worth a total value of $10,265.40. They were arraigned in city court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bail bond.

Donald W. Copeman, 43, of Trinity, St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, was arrested Wednesday at 11:28 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said. He was released on his own recognizance.

Theodore Gardner, of 1023 Ford St., called Ogdensburg police Wednesday at 9:14 a.m. to report a tire slashed on his vehicle.

C.J. Hammond, 42, of 6830 County Route 27, Canton, was ticketed Wednesday at 8:46 a.m. on Proctor Avenue for speeding, city police said.

Shane R. Bell, 32, of 701 Pickering St., was ticketed Tuesday at 8:44 p.m. at Morris and Montgomery streets for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Ginger M. Parmeter, 48, of 905 Elizabeth St., was ticketed Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. at Morris and East South streets for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Mary J. Jones, of Potsdam, called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 5:13 p.m. to report that a hood ornament was taken from her vehicle while it was parked at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, 214 King St.
