BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Nicholas J. Van Kennan, 21, of 2230 state Route 420, Norfolk, on a bench warrant at 11:16 a.m. Thursday. He was turned over to village police after being picked up on the warrant by Winthrop-based state police. The warrant was signed after Van Kennan failed to appear as directed on Oct. 29 in village court on an open container violation.



INVALID INSURANCE CARD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicole M. Beauchamp, 31, of Monroe Parkway, Massena, for failure to produce a valid insurance card at 11:31 a.m. Thursday following a property damage accident in the Walmart parking lot.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Caleb J. Mossow, 16, of 9 North Clarkson Ave., Massena,on a bench warrant issued by St. Lawrence County at 9:16 a.m. Thursday. Police said the warrant was executed at the St. Lawrence County

Probation Office in Massena. Mossow had been charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny following an investigation into an incident in July on Nightengale Avenue. A 20-year-old male and two other teens had also been charged in connection with the July 22, where several items, including a .32 calibre handgun, were stolen.



FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Erick L. Cecot, 34, of Howard Street, Massena, with failure to yield the right of way at an intersection following a property damage accident at 8:10 a.m. Thursday on Maple Street at North Main.
