St. Lawrence County grand jury accuses three in connection to Ogdensburg cocaine sales.


CANTON — A St. Lawrence County grand jury indicted three Ogdensburg residents in connection to an October cocaine sale Thursday.

Triston L. Glenn, 31, of 313 Belmont Courts, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

It is alleged that on Oct. 15, Mr. Glenn was in possession of cocaine with the intent to sell at 157 Belmont Courts in the city.

Also charged are Bryan A. Pribble, 25, and Kelsey L. Rubadue, 21, both of 157 Belmont Courts, with first-degree criminal nuisance, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

The grand jury alleges that between Oct. 1 and Oct. 15, Mr. Pribble and Ms. Rubadue maintained the premises where people gather for the buying and selling of controlled substances, while their 1-year-old daughter was present in the residence.

In other grand jury action Thursday:

Emerson A. Northrop, 27, of 29C Marshall Ave., Star Lake, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

It is alleged that on June 5 in the town of Clifton, Mr., Northrop was in possession of morphine with the intent to sell it.

Luann J. Wahl, 40, of Florida, is charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

It is alleged that between July 15 and 19, in the town of Norfolk, Ms. Wahl damaged the plumbing and heating system of the 9236 Route 56 home of Barbara Donnelly in an amount that exceeded $1,500 by intentionally and unlawfully removing copper from the heating and plumbing systems.

Shawn D. Schreier, 21, of 455 County Route 32, Moira, is charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

It is alleged that on Nov. 4 in the town of Lawrence, Mr. Schreier stole a 2002 Dodge Caravan exceeding the value of $100, which was parked at the Route 11 residence of Michael C. Oakes, without his consent.
