FELONY DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Theodore L. Francis Jr., 52, of Hogansburg with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following an incident at 8:33 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent. He was also ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent and making an unsafe turn and charged with a misdemeanor count of violating an executive law banning all non-essential traffic.

NO INSURANCE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gregory A. Currier, 38, of 397 County Route 37, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with no insurance and a suspended registration.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Larry J. Fountain, 46, of Massena for unsafe backing following a property damage accident at 4:08 p.m. Friday on East Orvis Street.
