UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jessica Lynn Rode, 17, of County Route 46, Massena, for unsafe backing, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a vehicle on a permit with a front seat passenger under 21 that is a non-family member following an accident at 3:04 p.m. Sunday on Parker Avenue.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Donna L. Benedict, 53, of Pitt Street North, Cornwall, Ont., with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 3:04 p.m. Sunday following a property damage accident on Parker Avenue.



FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police reported Monday they had ticketed Gilbert W. Lachance, 50, of Lincoln Drive, Massena, for failure to yield the right of way on a left turn following an incident at 3:16 p.m. Friday on Main Street.
