Philip M. Lockiby, 33, Liverpool, was arrested 2:03 a.m. Monday by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies after being stopped on traffic infractions.
Mr. Lockiby was stopped on Interstate 81 in the town of Pamelia, where deputies allegedly discovered he had 15.3 grams of marijuana.
He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and insufficient taillights.
He was arraigned in Brownville Town Court and held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 cash bail. He is to answer the charges in the Pamelia Town Court.
