POTSDAM — Darik M. Bradish, 19, Potsdam, was charged by village police with aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at McDonald’s restaurant on Market Street early Saturday.

Police said Mr. Bradish was stopped after a McDonald’s employee told patrols of someone in the drive-through lane who might be intoxicated.

Mr. Bradish’s blood alcohol content was reported to be 0.18 percent, the threshold for aggravated DWI.

Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes proof of intoxication. Police said he also had a revoked driver’s license. Mr. Bradish was charged with felony DWI on Oct. 8 in Potsdam.
